Tiffany Griffin didn’t arrive at high-end skincare by accident. She arrived by design — shaped by twenty years of service in the most demanding luxury environments in the world. At every stop, she observed what true luxury means to people. Not price tags. Not labels. But the feeling of being genuinely cared for — seen, known, tended to…
She began her career on the floors of Barneys New York and Neiman Marcus, where she learned what it means to earn a customer’s trust, and how quickly it can be lost.
She would further hone these instincts within luxury sales at Gucci and Oscar de la Renta, stepping gracefully into Executive and Personal Assistant positions in Beverly Hills and Hollywood as well as a Signature Concierge role within the rarefied hospitality of Telluride's finest properties, all of which demanded a relentless attention to detail and an almost instinctive read of what people need before they can name it themselves.
A twist in the trajectory, the Covid-19 pandemic, stoked a passion toward health and beauty standards and a deepening of something that had been building for years: a conviction that what we put on our skin deserves the same scrutiny and care as what we put on, and in, our body…Ingredient integrity, and the elegance of intelligent self-care rituals.
Not as a wellness trend. As a standard.
